The service
PL8ED is a marketplace that connects buyers with local home chefs. We provide the platform; chefs are responsible for preparing food and complying with applicable food-safety laws and local council requirements.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Orders and payments
- Prices and availability are set by chefs and may change.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to the chef's acceptance.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our support process.
Chef obligations
Chefs must hold any required registrations and follow food-safety rules. PL8ED's verification badge reflects documents submitted for review and is not a guarantee; buyers use the service at their own discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PL8ED is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of food provided by chefs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
